Lloyd W. Baker’s philosophy as a lawyer is that  “we treat our clients as our friends” that way we will always do what is best for them, they will be satisfied with our results and in return we always have   plenty of clients and friends that refer us business and trust us with their friends and family.

After graduation from Law School he worked for one of Nevada’s largest insurance defense law firms, practicing in the areas of Medical Malpractice and Insurance Defense for large corporate insurance companies.  After his two year association with this firm he organized and formed his own law offices and has been aggressively representing accident victims for over a decade against those same large corporate insurance companies who take advantage of innocent injured victims.

Lloyd feels that there is an enormous sense of satisfaction in righting a wrongdoing and helping innocent people get back on their feet again.   He has represented clients who were victims in severe motorcycle and auto accidents, dog bite and animal attacks, death cases, loss of limb, quadriplegic, brain and spinal injuries severe burn and scaring cases, hit and run as well as uninsured motorists and insurance bad faith cases. 

As a skilled negotiator and litigator, Lloyd is committed to his clients whether the case is large or small, litigated or negotiated.  Each year he has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients.  He believes that his clients should receive the most fair and generous compensation in the most expeditious manner to allow them, their families, and loved ones to move on with their lives after their tragedy.  In order to make sure his clients get fairly compensated, often times filing a complaint and going through the litigation process and trial is the only process available in order to achieve fairness.  

Along with being an attorney Lloyd enjoys weight training, running and the martial arts.  He loves spending time with his three beautiful daughters, whether it is wakeboarding in the summer or ridding dirt bikes and four wheelers in the cooler months they have a lot of fun being together.   He always finds time for his family and friends as relationships are extremely important to him.
