Born in San Jose, California in 1963, Lloyd Graduated cum laude from California State University Northridge in Business and Finance in 1991. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Golden Key Honor Society.

After completing his undergraduate studies he worked as a Personal Injury Claims Adjustor for State Farm Insurance which is one of the largest auto insurance companies in the country. He handled personal injury negotiations and settlements. This experience has enabled him to understand the tactics and strategies of the insurance companies in negotiating and settling cases for his injury clients. Lloyd received his Juris Doctorate degree from Brigham Young University and is currently admitted to Practice Law in Nevada and Utah. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

After graduation from Law School, Lloyd moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to practice law. He worked for one of Nevada's largest law firms, practicing in the areas of Medical Malpractice and Insurance Defense for large Corporate Insurance Companies. After his two year association with this firm he organized and formed Baker Law Offices and has been aggressively representing injury victims for years thereafter against those same large Corporate Insurance Companies who take advantage of innocent injured victims that do not have experienced legal representation. He has obtained a judgment for over ($4,000,000) four million dollars. As a skilled negotiator and litigator, Lloyd is committed to his clients whether the case is large or small, litigated or settled. He believes that injury victims should receive the maximum compensation in an expeditious manner to allow them, their families, and loved ones to move on with their lives after their tragedies and to in some small way help ease their suffering by ensuring the wrongdoer does not escape justice.

Jason W. Barrus practices in the areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, and criminal defense. He gained extensive litigation experience working for a large law firm where he represented several national home builders in prosecuting and defending a wide variety of construction and real estate claims, including defending an international real estate developer in a multi-party action relating to the construction of a high rise condominium in Las Vegas, Nevada. He also worked as insurance defense counsel on several personal injury cases providing him valuable insight when negotiating and litigating personal injury cases on behalf of injured clients. Jason speaks Spanish which enables him to provide legal services and representation to Spanish speaking clients.

Jason received his law degree in 2004 from the J. Rueben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he was a member of the Moot Court team and a finalist in a Western Regional negotiation competition.
